Oops - my bad. I posted the base invoice prices

Base MSRP is actually $40,600 plus $695 freight. We're both wrong on the previously posted MSRP's.

Cool - no worries

I also have to watch myself when I get to posting before I've had my daily coffee dose - I'm a bit cranky

speaking of the cayman, their website is among the best ive ever seen for a car. imagine the S2000 having one of these

[QUOTE=Poindexter,Jul 31 2006, 11:16 AM] I have yet to see a magazine compare the M3 to a Cayman.

Both the wife and I tested the Cayman S at Brumos Porsche in Jacksonville early this year. We both loved it. I am still waiting to test one in MI where the roads are much shity'er. I just love the looks. I quess I am not alone. At the Indy GP a dealer had some fancy cars parked in line downtown - Lambo, Ford GT40, and Cayman. Everyone glanced at the first two and stopped at the Porsche. The ride on rough pavement will be the make or break item for me because my wife has a back disc problem. It took her a year to recover from our first long ride in the S2000!
