Default Selling CRX-SI: How much should I ask?

Thinking of selling a '90 CRX-Si.
88,000 miles, beautiful condition.
Eibach Springs lowered 1"
Suspension Techniques Sway Bars front and rear
Tokico Adjustable Shocks
NeuSpeed Shock Tower Brace
Braided Stainless Steel Brake Lines
Brake Ducts
AutoThority Chip
Header (can't remember who, I think NeuSpeed)
Akimoto Free Flow Air Intake
Borla Low Restriction Exhaust System
Mugen Rear Wing
NeuSpeed Short Throw Shifter
Dobi Side Skirts
Custom Side Mud Flaps
MSW 14x6 Quad Lightweight Wheels
195/55-14 Bridgestone RE-71 Potenza Tires
Hawk HPS Black Performance Street Pads
I'm sure there is more I'm just forgetting.
The list up updated OEM parts is just as big if not bigger!

How much should I ask?
There are 2 small rust marks on rear fenders but they have not rusted through. Size is smaller than a dime.

Is $6,000 too much?
Is $5,000 too much?
For sure $4,000 is too low!

I would think absolutely nothing less than $5,000. . .although Kelley Blue Book states $3,365 is fair.

I remember when I sold my '88 Prelude Si 4WS with 140k miles. . .that car was absolutely mint! I sold it for $6,800! I wish I still had that car. . .what a beauty she was!

I paid less than $3000 for my 91 Si with 97,000 one owner miles on it. The inside is like new and the outside is just fair. No mods, bone stock. Your car is nicer and should be worth a good bit more. Mine was a bargin at the price I paid.

C'mon Trip... A high-school kid is gonna cream for this. And he's gonna needle mommy & daddy for the funds...so go for $6K. There are some tremendous mods in that car of yours...and besides, your S2K deserves all the extra cash she can get!

It will go fast literally at $6k. Depends on how quickly you need to sell it. Too bad I live in CA. My '85 Si was favourite car. I still think about it.

Thanks guys, I'm still on the fence for selling it. I'm in no rush because I'm all set for the S2000 without this cash. I have always thought I would just keep the thing, but the more I think about it, if I don't drive it regularly it is going to become a money pit as things start to age due to lack of use.
I was thinking $6k because my little HHH is in great shape and where ever I go; I get the "great car man."
I think what is motivating me to let it go is I will sell off my showroom condition '85 Nighthawk 650. Put the money I get from the both and pick up a '98 Honda 800 Interceptor!

Sorry, to be the voice of dissention but you can't get more than $3.5k for that car. Most likely around $2.5k. Take it from someone who shopped around for a CRX before finally buying one. If it was a hybrid you could ask for 4-5k but for your car no way is anyone giving you 6k for it. Not here on the east coast, at least, it seems people overpay for everything on the west coast, so I can only assume that they are stupid car shoppers or just have more money to spend.

I just saw a 90 CRX SI with 90k no mods mint condition inside out go for $1.2k on Long Island last month. If I didn't have one already I was going to buy it. Contrary to popular belief these cars are not hard to find. You just have to look.
