Awesome car and if I had money to burn I'd have one of those alongside new GT3/GT2/Turbo, etc. If I could only have one, I'd take the (inevitably) cheaper brand new '10 GT3.

Car is amazing. I have a feeling it's going to be 200k+. I couldn't find any pricing though. It's a complete rebuild from the donor chassis with all steel body panels replaced with cf...that will not be cheap!

I just wanted a fun car (toy) I think I would take this over any modern 911 available right now. On paper and in video it's that good!

edit: Talk about retro done right...good lord. The more I look at it...the more I like it.

Wow, OMG I love it. That is just sick, and I bet the drive is electric compared to today's rolling isolation chambers.

I think the best upgrade is probably getting a modern transmission into a classic 911.

They're saying it's over 6 figures (ie, $100K+) and for that money, I can't see buying it over a 997 GT3. It's still awesome, though.

Very nice.
But if I HAD to choose only one, I'd take a modern 911. GT3.

But I'm thinking that the buyer of this already has one of those.

I like the deep dish, Fuchs style (or maybe actual branded) wheels.

Very cool, though like everyone else, it would probably be after several other [Porsche] purchases, after a GT3 to be sure.
