Robbery. Subaru fanboys are nutters though. They’ll sell every one of them. The RA was merely a test.

The STi is getting pretty tired IMO.

None of the new STi's and special models have given me any desire to replace the one I have:

I know it is not gonna be $35k, that is all I would pay for one. I think the car is long in the tooth, outdated, and outdone by other competition.

I like the concept of the Sti, I think it would be a fun car, but the drivetrain has been limping along for years, the interiors are cheap, and the styling is a bit old. People keep buying them though, so what do I know? I don't see that many around here, they must be more popular other places.

the base wrx and sti still offer good bang for the buck, despite being an old design they still offer more than other cars out there and many manufacturers have gotten out of that segment. I have no issues with the interior. I don't see the value in this limited run model but the fanboys will buy everyone of them as noted above.

The STi has moved too far from putting motor sport quality parts onto a WRX and calling it day. If it were back to that model; it would be cooler than it is now. The strayed too far from their rally roots into a total poser car

Agreed when I was in the market for something the sti checked all the boxes compared to the focus / type r. The I interior is very nice in the sti. I love the new gauge cluster , the touch screen is great, I've never had a radio hold 36 stations which is great for Sirius xm. The piano trim they have is so nice. Idk why people switch it for carbon fiber pieces. The bucket seats are great. I cant complain on the interior.

It does sound pretty nice. Boo to the bean counters at Subaru though. Their engineers want to evolve the motor with moving the intercooler to front mount, which will increase overall efficiency and power, but it's too costly so they stick with old designs.
