euro lights, underbody lights, cheap body kits, unpainted portions of the car, fart can exhaust, rattlecan painted wheels, vented hoods, m3 fenders, giant tachs, etc

Tons of stickers for parts that are not on the car.

Badges from cars not from the same manufaturer (example -Type R on a Nissan)

oh and replacing your headlight bulbs with blueish "HID like" bulbs

when your too cheap to buy a CF hood, so you spray paint the one on your car flat black.

I call them type of wings Picnic Tables. If its a double decker, then its picnic table with a seat.

a redneck looking at any "jap" car can make it a ricer. its all personal taste. one thing that looks good to you might not look good to somebody else and they would then label it "rice".

generally speaking, any mod that only makes the car LOOK faster is considered rice, unless the car has the goods to back it up.
