Why does Ford suck so bad?

Although I haven't driven one, the new Ford Mustang looks great. And based on how many I see on the road, it seems to be a car that a good number of people are attracted to.
The new F150 trucks are great too, especially the interiors. Of course the GMC / Chevy trucks have also been upgraded recently, so the competition is stronger.
Seen the Lincoln Mark LT? That's the first pickup ever to really raise my pulse. Now what I would want to drive in the gasfield though.
But for real inspiration unfortunately, you have to look past the dealer lots and into the concept vehicles. The Lincoln Mark9, Mark X, and futuristic Continental...
