I think the theory behind the design is great. Combine F1 and fighter jets, but to also be daily drivable. On the other side... wow did they ever fail with the execution of a great theory.

This car type thing doesn't scream "gotta have".

Another engineering exercise that would be fun to beat the crap out of for an afternoon, kinda like a jet ski.

I think the formula car for the road styling is a bad idea. I've never seen one that actually looked good. This one is no exception. Perhaps it's because there is something so graceful about a well done formula car be it a modern Citation or an older Lola. They just look graceful. When you replace the thin racing parts with the necessarily bulky road car parts and then try to hang lights off the thing it just doesn't look right.

This is a modern Citation Formula Ford. I love the needle like profile.

This is a Lola from the early 90s. I like the way it looks like an open wheel car designed around going fast with lots of power (this was from the 800-900hp days). No unnecessary festoons all over the car.
