Default Is Your Daily Driver an Auto or Manual?

Reconsidering my daily driver options down the road and wondering if I really need two manual cars. I feel like if i got rid of the TL for an automatic cruiser id come rushing back out of boredom. But its so hard to find a V6 car with a manual now, it comes down to if a 4cyl manual or a 6cyl auto will provide more satisfaction. I feel like i'd miss the V6 more than the 6 speed. Anyone else in/been in a similar boat?

The Accord is about the only realistic option, but i'd rather go sedan. My goal is a 2009+ model with 60-80k for under $15k. I paid 17k for my TL in '08 with 80k on it. The G37 would cost me that much for an '09 with even more miles.. plus I would never see 30mpg in it.

I was between two cars choices, 997, and XK... The 997 had the manual option which I really wanted, but other factors outweighted "rowing your own" at the time. Now, am I saying "next car for sure will be a manual"... Only time will tell. Choices are getting few and far between for manual drivers. Amazing that Aston is offering a manual

Summer DD = S2000 (manual)
Winter DD = Silverado (auto)

Manual. Sometimes it's a pain in DC traffic but overall it's worth it for the fun and engagement.

6 speed manual. I have a short drive so shifting gears adds a little bit of fun to the process.

Auto. Commuting through stop & go traffic can get tiresome with a manual. once in awhile i'll commute with the S but I like the option of not having to shift on every single outing i take

The best thing about automatics is how much room there is for your purse.
