Genuinely excited about this one. I reckon it'll be Button or Raikkonen for the win, but Alonso is good around Spa and we know Vettel is good in poor weather too.

It'll be a good 'un methinks.

Best circuit in the world in my view this track. Always something interesting at this place, why they ever took it off the calendar is beyond me.

My prediction, Hamilton - Button - Raikkonen - Barrichello - thing is with spa, ANYONE can win its so unpredicable, but if its dry then those four in that order, but it being spa its most likely going to rain on and off causing mayhem and upset so it's anyone's guess really

Forecast for tomorrow and Sunday is sunny and around 16C. Red Bulls will be difficult to beat.

see, the ferrari and in particular the maccas have kers, and the long straights are going to help them make best use of kers hence my ferrari and macca prediction ... the brawns are there because i believe they are still the faster of the non kers cars.

It is my view that kers should be banned by the way, otherwise if they keep proving kers is an advantage all the cars will have them next year effectively negating kers and it will then simply be an expense the teams don't need, stupid idea in the first place, guess who's ?

Not a bad theory, I guess we'll see.

Quality stuff from the BBC text commentary today

"1004: Another enlightening interview from Kimi Raikkonen on the official Formula 1 website today. I think it's fair to say that the Finn is absolutely buzzing about the prospect of racing at Spa, where he has won three of the last four races. "It's a nice place and I always like to race here," he roars."

"1009: And speaking of Kimi: does he deliberately wear a cap that is far too large for him, in the manner of a hip-hop bad boy? Or is his head so small, there are no caps that fit him?!

"1026: Ted Kravitz reports that Kimi Raikkonen was lounging about at the back of the garage, thinking his session was over - but Ferrari have told him they want him out on the track again. Apparently, the Finn looked "non-plussed about the situation". I imagine that boy was born looking non-plussed about the situation."
