F1 Spa
Looking forward to what will hopefully be a good race.
Weather looks likely to play its traditional part in proceedings
BBC: Sat - Heavy Rain Shower, Sun - Light Rain
Weather.com: Sat am showers, Sun - Rain 60%
Can anyone catch the Red Bulls?
Anyone want to play Spa cliche bingo?
"It can be wet on one part of the circuit and dry on another"
"Spa has it's own microclimate"
"Flat through Eau Rouge"
"Jenson is very smooth"
any others?

Will Lewis get a penalty for looking at the marshalls in an unsporting fashion ?
What toy will Alonso throw out of his pram ?
Will the FIA rule Ferarri didnt fix the result of the last race and double their points ?
I jest, Spa is always a great race, and one I'd love to go back to and see from the trackside again.
Incidently did I read Red Bull are being sued by one of their suppliers and may have their equipment seized

Gosh, a year has gone by quickly since I visited and experienced the camping there! German techno at one end of the field with Metallica at the other at 2am the morning before the race when you know you'll need to be up early to bag a good spot is interesting!
Let's hope it is wet to make it more exciting.

Hey Dini
Forgot you were there last year. Was thinking of going this year and camping but your experiences put me off....
I think next time it will be a 4* hotel and a grandstand

Yes, when we go again, we'll probably go just on race day and stay at somewhere with a roof and toilet near the circuit! However, I've never known traffic like it getting out on the Sunday afternoon. We started to leave at 4.30 and still managed to miss our 10pm ferry!!!! Wasn't for lack of trying to catch it in the Evo either...

"Let me just say this....."
"Can I just say this..."
"<insert some reference to when he raced / owned a team / managed a team>"
"...I'm sure you'll agree...."
"Now David and I don't see eye to eye on this but...."
All whilst standing considerably closer to the camera than Jake and DC so the perspective makes him look like he's over 4' tall
