Really envious of you guys , have a great time out there .

San , you will be fine , just dont keep looking over your shoulder waiting for Dan

Seriously , just ride to what YOU are comfortable with and dont try to go too fast too soon ,

Remeber ,that however fast you hit a corner , the bike is more than capable of getting round , just the inputs from you can stop it

I have been working like a Pole for the last 6 months refurbing an old vicarage and living in it at the same time , havent even ridden the bike .

Take care guys

Ditto. Keep it upright and on the island.

Guess who's having a mid life crisis

Probably doesn't qualify as a real bike round here, with all you young speed adicts
So how is your Mid Life Crisis going?

Mine started with a VFR750 but when I got banned for 108 in a 60 I thought I'd better get something more sedate so ended up with A Low Rider. Lovely looking bike but the biggest mistake I ever made since it really didn't like corners and there are a lot of corners where I live. But still if that's the way you want to go then go for it.

I dropped off the S2000 to Avonvale for its 54K service this morning. I returned home (20 min walk) and then was phoned up by Avonvale because I'd forgotten to leave the alarm blipper behind

So it was an excuse to take the CBR out with its new exhaust to drop off the blipper - aware that I somehow have a spare fairing clip now.... Typical aftermarket exhaust - sounds nothing special on warm up but put a smile on my face as I opened the throttle and discovered that the combo of the Scorpion exhaust and the Power Commander have eliminated the low rev flat spot and the bike seems to pull better at low revs. I also took out the winter layer within my leather jacket - now that really did put a smile on my face

Blimey Craig - calm down

It's good to get out on it - you should do it more often
