Not just Norfolk, it's Europe wide as it says in the article, it's like anti speeding week.
Still after Brexit we won't have to join in.

Most people just can't wait to get the **** out it says here

In anticipation we are planning a road trip, cross N France, Vosges, Black Forest, Deutsche Alpenstrasse, Bertesgarten, Great Dolomite road.
Probably return via Switzerland then E France depending on what geography/wines appeal.
In the motorhome speeding won't be an issue
