And I don't get to collect the bloody thing until mid July!
Spent an hour reading up on the avo suspension that was due to be fitted.
Remembered a conversation I had when I bought the car saying I could choose my own suspension if I didn't want the Avos. I said no, they would be fine.
It's now having Nitron R1s.

"Some" extra.
I've asked to pay for them separately.
I've asked for it not to be mentioned in my gf's presence.
Ride height I'm leaving to them. They know what they're doing and they know what I want the car for. Their suspension guy works for a gt team, and they've said if I don't like it they'll change it foc.
So apart from the Nitrons and the v8developments stage 2 4.6, it's staying standard...
Except I might want brakes.
And a supercharger kit is <3k
And it seems to be sensible to go for an after market ecu tha allows the dizzy to be binned.
It's going to be 400bhp/tonne within 18mths, I just know it
Chippo - this particular car has already been customer developed. Since then it's been rebuilt. The only original bits are the fibreglass and the glass!
I'll bring it to a Herts meet.

I think you may need to be good mates with practical mr Chippo
400bhp/ton is going to be.. Err. Quite fast my BM has 260 ish and is a very capable licence loser (i hope not to understand first hand). I think my old bike was only c500bhp/ton (with me on it)

will put some pics up when I finally get it! The running in is going to be taken care of (mostly) by a trip to a wedding in Dorset.
It looks standard fayre from the outside.

I can beat that, not in the same league but i remapped my fabia VRS within 3 hours or owning it
Is it even going to reliably take boost? I'd imagine that lump could take any more than say 5/6 psi.
