Default Not quite a gt4 .....

since the S2k and z4mc sold I’d been making some decisions weather or not I could afford a cayman gt4 ... in the end just couldn’t justify( or happily afford ) 75-85k on one .... so the hunt began for either a gts or well specced S . After a lot of searching this one came up a couple of hours away from me with my ideal spec ( bar the colour ) .... had it a few weeks now and I’m blown away with it ! Absolutely everything I wanted in a sports car . If anyone is in the market for one I’d happily take you out / chat / poke around the car if you wanted

the wheels are too big
dynamic engine mounts is ridiculous

i had a pass ride in a Cayman S years ago, brilliant handing and balance, it destroyed its tyres both ends in equal measure

my opinion, as a dinosaur, is you got one of the best.. GT4s have taken a decent hit from when they were changing hands for >£100k.. scary

I detest white cars, but that actually works rather well.

Does look a nice spec - and lots of cars have dynamic engine mounts these days!

In person the wheels don’t look as big but yes the dynamic engine mounts are probably a tad over kill for road use but nice to have all the same . Yes the gt4’s have taken a dump but so has most cars at that price point . Given this car was half the price of a gt4 , it actually seems good value !

I’d have one in white, excuse my ignorance but what is a sport chrono? A fancy clock?

pretty much ... hahaha . You have a few menus as well , like g-force , Lap timer plus others that I’ll never use ! I mainly wanted it for to preferring the clock face on the dash , rather than 2 ugly buttons . Plus as I’ve found out , it’s all about the spec of the car which makes it more desirable/ costs more . For context this has around 13k of extras !!
