stunned.. i am your polar opposite on cars and keep everything for years. i completely duck Porsche due to their mixed rep on quality and those silly costs but i get such little use from cars now i think i would rather get a tesla Y than anything 'interesting' of similar £

must be getting very 'dad' .. where is the cry emoji?

Christ you could build a garage AND buy a fleet of fun jap crap for the price of a Tesla.

Prelude 2.2 VTI 4WS ( the gen 4 not the gen 5) an Accord Type R, an EG Civic VTi and a late 90s Legend to waft around in.

Tesla - consider yourself slapped!

it's not for me.. family car, the missus cant even cope with the BM which i think is GT machinery (not a sports car like the OPs)

anything you buy at the mo feels out of date

i honestly think the two Hondas will be all i bother with. lost the love for anything else which is either daft to service or impossible to diagnose so will just get something for fam use which is not horrific to drive

For context this has around 13k of extras !!

SC gets you a lot of goodies. Sport/Sport Plus (Throttle response and transmission tuning - this alone is worth it.)PDCC, PASM, LSD, dynamic engine/transmission mounts and a clock.

SC unfortunately doesn’t get you a ptv ( Porsche torque vectoring , which includes the mechanical lsd ) , it also doesn’t include the pasm .... both of which are yet other expensive options !!

Whats pdcc?

Porsche Dynamic Chasis control.

My 991 has all these things. My 987.2 has almost none of these things
