Mines averaging slightly lower than the M135i at 31.2 mpg.
He must be switching off the stop/start AND really booting it to only get 17mpg

Heavy traffic means you can't floor it anywhere so should really see better number than that.

I do a 30 mile mostly M-way journey in 45-50 mins so relatively slow and average 25mpg in the M3...

I'll probably end up round that number when the weather gets a bit better and I can go for the scenic way home. Now it's just slogging along with everyone else

i do like the pro nav with the black screen in the gauges it adds a lot more info in you line of sight and the full width screen is really nice
Thanks for your input, made the order yesterday so just looking forward to getting it now.

After your comments I decided not to go for the gloss black and stuck with the standard hex trim, as you say it should be easier to keep.
They sent the contract over for signing yesterday and I see they added runflats to the spec without asking, so I've had them removed. Not sure how much difference they actually make but all the reviews seem to say the Supersports are the way to go.

Should have warned you about the run flats Doh!
Mine has them don't like them
135i came with MPSS on but there was a shortage so the factory stuck run flats on FOC (was a price option)
Don't know if they've sorted it now?
I like the silver hex trim is reflects more light in to a dark interior
You will love it!

We'll hope for the best and see what tyres it turns up with then.

Delivery date is supposedly the 30th of March, Golf goes back on the 28th, so should work out OK if there are no delays.

Very impressed on the road test, I'm pretty sure it's quicker than my old M5, certainly the power is more accessible. Amazed by the gearbox, never realised torque converter autos had came on so far.

Just looking forward to getting it now.
