Does a 570 page build manual seem a little excessive?

I am qite nervous about starting this, it claims to have a fully functioning DCT box!

A toy it is not!

Re; the caterham, I nearly bought this as a 'cut price' option over the GT3 as it does look great (I might get it after), but the GT3 is in a bit of a different league in terms of details etc. The Caterham is much like the F40 in terms of size and complexity which looked massively overpriced (£75) compared to the GT3. Is funny on the porker, all the images make it look pretty terrible, but the actual finished model in the shop looked superb!

Not yet, but it might've been quite enjoyable to come along for the ride...

About 10 hours all in - only to get to the end and find out i'd missed out ONE bloody gear at the very start. Picked my way in with 2 pairs of needle nosed pliers and fitted it - now it goes back and forward as well as around / digging in an arc. Cracking kit but as is say, you can only really build that one kit with it.

Going to dismantle it, rebag it in the original numbered bags and throw it onto eBay - might buy something else and do the same again
