But some research shows in US , it’s one electric car fire for every 175 million miles driven , and for ice cars 1 every 25million miles driven !

cars are dangerous things , I mean 50litres of high octane hydrocarbons isn’t exactly safe , is it ?

I think recent battery design has largely solved this issue, they showed an example on the guy Martin show and the old battery went thermal runaway. They said to put that out they drop them in a container of water for a week lol

The new batts don't do it apparently, they proved it by chucking a metal plate shorting one. Just a load of sparks.. then they tried to set it on fire.

An ice car caught fire outside my friends house recently.

Having said that I bet a few people will get 400V of death from pissing about with old BEVs
