Any want Angel Eyes, clear corners, etc...
Hey guys,
First off, thanks to all of the prayers and kind words for my son, my wife and I! My son is home and seems to be doing well. Time will tell with him, but doctors are very optomistic!
OK, onto the topic...
I recently saw a pick of Lee's AP2 with the "Angel Eyes" driving lights installed and I really like it! So, I contacted Dave (W1ngman) to see how I could get a set installed. Unfortunately he is 5 hours from me! He said he would make the trip down if I could get 3 CONFIRMED guys wanting this done.
Is there anyone willing to come to the Winston Salem area to get these driving lights installed? Price will be $190 installed, and Dave said he will also do clear corners at this meet also, if anyone is interested in that.
Date and time are totally up in the air, but Saturday or Sunday preferably! And I am sure it will start fairly early in the morning.
If anyone has any pics of these installed, PLEASE POST YOUR PICS on this post so people can see what it looks like installed.
Dave, feel free to chime in with any more details.

I read, that Dave may can put the lights in a different area in AP2 headlights (around the parking light on the outter edge). Don't know if that is still a possibility.

I might definitely be interested, just need to see some pics. Dave already cleared my corners (sounds dirty I know

I have to focus a project like this for folks that know how to pull the trigger, make a decision, and stick with it. It is only fair to me for my travels...and for the other committed conversion participants...to see that the project does not collapse. I'm sure everyone understands the sincere intent of this 'PS'. Headlamp Conversion Offerings
AP1 or AP2 Corner Clearings - $130 per S2000 - For this fee, I remove bumper, bracketing and headlamps, safely opening your headlamps removing the amber pieces within the headlamps. I then reseal and reinstall them, refitting bracketing & bumper as though I was never there...except your car looks even better
. If an AP1 owner supplies their own replacement diffusers or Rick's Aftermarket JDM Clear or Smoked Diffusers I will be happy to install those at no extra charge while performing your headlamp corner clearing conversion. There are no replacement/aftermarket items available for AP2 amber parts -- However, these headlamps look extremely clean with the amber items removed. Typically, from bumper-off-to-bumper-back-on, this conversion takes 2.5 hours per S2000.

Depending on when it happens (and if I have some spare cash at that point), I'd totally be down for angel eyes.
Guess I should also keep on the lookout for some spare amber diffusers so I can Mulderize them and get them thrown in too.

Sounds good CobraTi. I'm hoping it will happen within the next several weeks. it just depends on when we get enough confirmed people and on Daves schedule.
