I met with the service manager at the Honda pllace. He said the car will be finished next week and returned to the bank.I took some pictures and as soon as I can post them, I will.
The car is now showing a CEL. It has 55K on the clock.

Pardon the lack of sophistication but these are the first pictures I have taken with my new phone.

It's the latest update. It can now pick up the 10 meter band. CQ.CQ.CQ

 

Some of you have indicated that you will not bid on the car because I am interested in it.That is a noble gesture and I appreciate the offer.

Please don't let my interest keep you from trying. If I am the successful bidder,OK but if not, it won't break my heart.

If the weather ever clears, I might take a run at it.

 

I checked it out this AM. It handles well. The suspension is very tight. Interior looks good but not great. I think the synchros are off eith that or the tranny fluid is old.

Needs a lot of cosmetic work.

i'm going to bid but I told the branch manager that my bid would be no where near the value.

Bids are due tomorrow.

If I win it, not sure where i will keep it. i really need a 3 car garage.
