my first autox of the year...nobody else is going?

rick - is there any charge if you just want to come and watch?

i don't have the $$$ right now to enter but would like to check it out anyway!

all you have to do to watch is sign a waiver

My new tires should be here tomorrow, so I went ahead and registered. I'm still tempted to go down to the SCR event in Myrtle Beach, but this is SOOO much closer...

like 5-6 hours roundtrip closer ;)

what new tires did you get? i'll be running on my 2 year old yokos...they have about 1-2 autox left then i think im getting some victos for my oem wheels.

im either painthing them kelly green(toptul colors) or spray painting them with chalkboard paint :D

Toptul green is the way to go, for sure :thumbup:

I ordered a set of the new Hankook R-S2's. They're supposed to compete with the Falken Azenis. I wanted something cheap that I could run in a few autocrosses and on the street until I sell the S. At $385 shipped for the set, I figured I'd give them a try. UPS says they should be here today.

well you can be the guinea pig :D

1/2 the price of victoracers is nice, too :) you think theyd make a good track day tire or they too soft?

I'll be able to tell you on Sunday. :cool:
