I installed the mishimoto kit. I got it from moddiction. it was a breeze to install after watching the video and seems very well made. The only change I made is I put a 200degree thermostat in instead of the 185. Here is a pic. Its not the best but you can see it next week. It give me some peace of mind at the track cause it is likely going to be hot.

It was a fast course because of that, so there's bigger entertainment value. We got six runs today, three in the morning and three in the afternoon. Besides having to work course watching slow Porsche drivers not hit a single cone, it was a very good event.
I was going to attend that event but decided to head up to the Dixie Classic fair grounds to get a preview for the "24". The triad sports car club held an event. Some guy in a gti bent his frame slamming a curb. I took 1st in str 13 pax.

Nice! Yeah we all know the guy who popped his GTI, Steve. Unfortunate for him. A Mustang GT also had a part fail on his steering knuckle up there; something about an improper torque spec from the factory, sounded scary. That event was at LJVM right? In the parking lot of the stadium? The 24 event is usually held in the actual fair grounds, so its a bit different layout for the course. Its basically a big figure-8 with some slaloms.

Nah I'm going to the beach this weekend so I won't be at Black Lake. Be warned its a bit in the middle of nowhere and site regulations restrict you from leaving the site only at certain times. I'd pack a cooler and lunch.

Ya it was in the LJVM parking lot. The fair grounds are next door. I can't wait for the "24" you only have to work 2 hrs for every 12hrs of racing. If you don't sleep you get like 50+ runs. I attended a SCR event at black lake earlier this yr. That site is awesome. I still like zMax better but you get more grip at black lake.

Dang. Pretty ironic considering I was just asking you about brakes. Good thing you planned ahead!
