I gotta agree...FJ Cruiser folks seem to have this inferior sense about them...they come up to me all the time in the ELEMENT on the highway and give me this snobbish look...
LOL at Mulder's comment...hairdressers and posers on Daniel Island...that is classic...
Come to think of it...I can't seriously recall seeing an FJ Cruiser with any dirt...
Oh...and Anna and I test drove an FJ in New Bern...while I'll agree they look cool and all...they have very limited cargo space (granted, more than the S2000, but less than you would think)...power was reasonable...but MPG is low...
Good luck on whatever you do Josh - you can't expect a lot of support here. We are S2000 lovers and all...you know that. But really, best of luck in whatever you do.

Jason, I know you didn't post a picture of a 4 door wrangler. Talk about ugly. Not to mention its 116 inch wheel base would be less than ideal on an actual trail. At 106 the FJ is near perfect in my eyes (my buggy is 108).
The FJ is actually very capable off road, more so than most new 4x4s. However how many people are going to go out and spend that kind of cash on a new vehicle and go and trash it off road. That is what trail rigs are for.
