Our old Jeep is ready to retire. Since I don't want to drive the S2K in 18 inches of snow (remember last year?) it's time for a new 4WD. Here's the new Big Truck parked below the Big Deck.
2005 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 4WD Limited Phantom Grey
The hat was suggested by HuskerGirl.
It's not a new lawnmower or an ELEMENT!, but I like it.
Congratulations! You're going to have a real experience. A big plus, it has a hellavu big trunk .
I know, my other car is a 2003 GMC Z71 4WD extended cab, and switching back and forth between it and the S2K is always a trip. You either feel like you're riding in the sky, or you feel like you're riding next to the pavement .
Thanks for all the feedback, guys. I drove the Big Truck around a good bit last week and it was a hoot. I even took it to the Charlotte meet much to my Peep's surprise. I had to get Del to move his S2k further away. I was afraid he would ding up my running boards.
Don't worry Badness... you'll see how your Troy Bilt looks in the bed when I come to borrow it. Who else has something big I can borrow?
I've found a forum for the Tundra Tundra Solutions that has provided good information but doesn't even come close to S2ki and you guys for community. They actually have an Outer Banks run coming up but they're not going to drive on the roads they're going to drive on the beach!
Mods on the way: brushguard, hood protector, skid plates, access cover, rear sway bar. Then he goes under cover to wait for hauling jobs or bad weather. Got to keep those non-BlueAnt miles down.
W1ngman, Dwight was copying me, not the other way around! By the way, I can get cleared corners for the Tundra. You interested in expanding your product line?
