Good luck! It is apparently a common problem. I made a appointment with Breakaway Honda since they are right next to where I work. They have a tech that "works on nothing but S2000s", and they've seen this problem on another car 2 weeks ago, so I hope I get mine replaced.

i started to notice some fraying in the usual spot on mine.. so i went to a upholstry/convertible shop today and they put some patches on there for me for $30 to do both the passenger and driver side.. hopefully it'll buy me some time before it wears all the way through
