I just went by Hendrick Honda to check on the maitenance, certification and warranty listed with my post. I confirmed that all are transferable for a $50 fee. In addition I can cancel all of them and get my money back (prorated) and thus lower the price of the car slightly. If anyone is interested let me know. Thanks Guys

Seriously, Zaino your car and take it to carmax. You will prob. get what you want. Make sure it looks brand spankin new though.
