Magnaflow exhaust
Hey guys,
I am looking to get a magnaflow exhaust over my stock exhaust. IYO do you think this exhaust is good or not worth it? If you were to pay $150 would it be worth it?

I haven't personally seen a magnaflow exhaust system for an S2000. I have seen custom exhausts made with magnaflow mufflers, but not a whole system.
Do you have a link to what you are buying?

My buddy has a magnaflow cat back on his s. IMO it sounds like garbage and drones like crazy.150 is cheap, but not worth it to me.
My other buddy is selling his cat back espilr duals, they look and sound great. If ir interested ill let him know.

Shoot, for $50, you should buy it. If you hate it, you're only out $50.
I can tell you for certain that if you have any plans to put a Chase Race hitch on your S2000, it will NOT work with this exhaust. I purchased this very exhaust for my car, and it won't work with the hitch. I had to sell it used at a loss. Still though, I think I sold mine for $500 with zero hours of driving on it. For $50, or even $150, try it.

Not a very appealing sound. Lots of spatter... sounds cheap. You would not pay me to have that sound coming out of my car.

This is what I would consider "good" sounding exhaust should sound like. smooth, consistent deep tone.

Honestly, I kind of liked the sound clip of the Magnaflow. It was a better idea of what it will sound like too. He revved it a couple times then put it under load by driving it away. It's too loud for my taste, but it had a nice sound. The legalis exhausts sound pretty good too. Not as loud, but you can't tell from the above clip. Honestly, even though it sounded too loud for me, I would probably pay $50 for it easy!
