Official Myrtle Beach S2000 Meet Thread
Please read the following carefully. It is important that you complete all steps before you are registered for the event!
Remember, we have a limit of 50 cars, so to insure your reservation for the meet, please complete the following steps:
1. LandsReview the following information carefully
2. Click the "Online Registration" link to register your car
3. Complete a check for your registration amount and MAIL TO the address listed below
4. Send me a PM and I'll respond with the group code to reserve your room at Springmaid Beach Resort
5. Post in this thread when you have completed all steps!
Its time to drop the top and hit the beach! The Myrtle Beach S2000 Meet is on!
This year we will be at Springmaid Beach Resort.
Located on the southern most point of Ocean Boulevard, this resort offers many great amenities such as:
- Springmaid Pier
- Oceanfront balconys
- Marlin's Restaurant
- Cafe' on the Pier
- Heated indoor and outdoor pools
- A lazy river
- Tackle shop & fishing gear rentals
- Beautiful stretch of South Carolina beach
- Fitness center

Special Group Rate provided: Flat fee $145 a night. (feel free to split rooms, its the same rate)
Basic Itinerary:
Friday July 14:
- Registration/Check in at the parking garage at Springmaid Beach Resort. Here you will receive you info packet and momentos. A car wash area will also be provided along with "S2000 Only" parking in the garage. Grab a friend and go for dinner at one of the many fine restaurants in the area or at the resort or pier.
Saturday July 15:
- Rise and shine, and grab some breakfast and a full tank. A Drivers Meeting will be held in the parking lot. Following the meeting, we will line up along the resort road and begin our top down group cruise along the coast, taking scenic routes and sprirted runs along the way. Our journey begin with a trip through the old Air Force base for group photos and will end at the historic port town of
Georgetown. Here we will stretch our legs and take in the sights before having lunch. We will then regroup and cruise back up to Myrtle Beach where you can take it easy and visit Brookgreen Gardens for some amazing photo opportunities or take off for some kart racing at Kart Trax indoor kart racing to name our new Kart racing champion
!
Dinner will be around 7:30ish at the Resort Ballroom where an open grill buffet will be provided along with a cash bar
The bar will be open as long as your standing, or you can choose to head out for a night on the town (just stay out of trouble 
)
The menu will be as follows:
Southern Atlantic Grill
Marinated Vegetable Salad
Southern Cole Slaw, Potato Salad
Rib Eye Steak, Marinated Shrimp, and Chicken Breast Quarters
All grilled over an open flame
Baked Potatoes
Fried Okra, Sugar Snap Peas with Julienne Carrots
Chef's Choice of Dessert
Sunday July 16th:
- Breakfast will be provided at the resort, and the car wash will still be available. Time to say goodbye to old friends and new alike til DragonBall!!!!
Registration Fee:
Driver registration fee: $65
Passenger registration fee: $45
Whats included?
- Event T-shirt (Driver/Pass)
- Event magnet (Driver)
- Info and maps (Driver)
- Open grill dinner Saturday night (Driver/Pass)
- Breakfast Sunday morning (Driver/Pass)
*This is another "Fee based" event, allowing us to enjoy reserved accommodations regularly associated with an organized event.
