I stopped reading Car and Driver a while ago. The new editor, Eddie Alterman, has made some changes, and I like the magazine a LOT now. It's a lot more like it was years ago. There's some humor and wit back in the writing, yet it remains credible. Alterman should get a huge raise, IMO.

I found a free subscription to C&D online. You can usually find them if you search for "free stuff" sites on google. If you look hard enough you can find one without the usual crap mail behind it.
