Diff fluid is super easy. Basically the same as doing the tranny fluid. Just make sure you have new crush washers.
Also, remember to remove the fill before the drain, just in case you can't get the fill off for some reason!
just a tip if you decide to change diff fluid. The fill bolt is a 23mm. For my ap1, a socket will not fit at all because of a bar blocking the way. I had to get a 23mm box end wrench. A adjustable wrench is too big and will hit the fins on the diff/pumpkin. Also, no way to get the exact torque specs on the fill bolt, just make sure you don't strip it while tightening. 33lbs shouldn't take too much effort, just have to guesstimate.
