I'm thinking of going for a drive this a Saturday. Anyone is welcome to join me. I will Yves a call to see if he want to join us. His S was totaled but he does have a nice vette.

Meet point will be the Walmart at Traveler Rest and from there we would take 178 then 215 until it meets 276 and we would come back 276. This is a four hour drive so let's meet at 7:30 am. I know is kind of early but the idea is to be back around lunch time. Any cars welcome and this is not a race event of any kind. Just a drive to enjoy the season

This would be a great weekend. Drive and then go to Clemson's spring game. I wish I could make it but I have prior commitment in Raleigh. You all have fun and be safe!

By the way, if anyone is looking to learn auto-crossing, and even test their car out, Highlands Sports Car Club is doing a Autocross School deal on Saturday in Franklin.... no performance pressure, just learning your car, and various elements that can be frustrating at times, like slaloms... And they will be doing a test course later in the day to test some things you've learned... should be awesome! I'm going to try to make it out Saturday, but will definitely be there Sunday.

Yes, in the end there was only two of us but we had a lot of fun. To our surprise, the parkway was close due snow.

I'm thinking on going again this Saturday but probably it will be just myself and I since I need to be back before 11am meaning that I'll be leaving at 7am at the latest.
