I need my retainers swapped as well. National Speed wants $700 to do the job :/

Hey guys, literally just bought an s2000 today. Needs some work done on it but I got a pretty good deal. Would love to come out and lend a hand on some work. I know I'm going to have to do my brakes and retainers

I will have to chat with the wife and see if I can block off a day on the weekend of the 28-29th to have a true "Tech Day". Retainer swap and custom valve adjustment takes a while to do, can't move and would keep me tied up unable to jump around helping others. I will shoot you both PM's.

Only 31k here, but the S lives at 9k I have a two bay garage + driveway space that I'm willing to host. I'm out in BFE Johnston County though. Wife informed me I'm not free until after mother's day, but maybe mid to late May is doable for me. May 19th looks open for me (for now).

Ok so the wife gave me the OK to hold a Tech Day the weekend of the 28th! I know many around attend church so I am not going to make it for a Sunday.
Please bring the tools you know you will need and please take home the fluids that you take out. I have plenty of tools here and will happily share them but I may only have just so many of them to go around.
If anyone needs to have a valve adjustment done for them or go full on and do the retainers let me know so we can make arrangements. If there are other things that need to be done I will be around to consult and assist. I have a binder with just about every torque value on the car that you might normally come across.
I have tools to do the axle nut torque so if you need that done please remove the rear center caps before you arrive. I can also easily do the soft top down mod so you can put the top down at speed. Clutch and throttle cable adjustments are also not too difficult.
Who's in and what will you be doing?
