Theft/vandalism a major issue in and around Hilton Head, SC ?
I might be driving the S2000 down to the Hilton Head area (and the outskirts) from NY within the next couple of months for a wedding. Is theft/vandalism a major issue in those parts?
Thanks!
Thanks!

No, you're more likely to get grandma backing into your car or some aloof old money southerner in his S class Merc calling you a, "punk ass northerner in a piece of shit Honda." His words, not mine, hahah.
Don't park near anything or anyone.

"Damnyankees" is one word and does not refer to a baseball team.
If you're worried bring a different car. Or take commercial travel and rent a car with proper license plates. I think both flights and the train go to Savanna which is a bit over an hour from Hilton Head. Amtrak is inexpensive and about the same train time as the drive down with none of the traffic.

Thanks guys, just got back from Hilton Head, stayed at the Marriott Westin and parked in the underground garage so none of my concerns were warranted lol.
On Sunday 10/21 at around 2:55pm, I spotted a white AP2 driving southbound on I-95 near exit 135. I was in a red AP1 heading in the other direction toward NY.
