I was at the ACC tourney last week, and on my way down, guess what i saw....

A blue 350z with gold rims pulling over a speeder.
no SHP plates, no markings, just dark tinted windows.

Watch who you rev, you have been warned.

Dave
I saw a similar cop car this week pulling someone over. It was a black 350Z with tinted windows. You'd never think it was a cop car. I had to do a triple take on it....

After watching that video, maybe I saw the dark blue Z with the black hood. He had a car pulled over on I-77 near downtown on Tuesday.

just ask whoever you want to race "are you a cop?" (obviously have witnesses), if they say "no" and they are a cop they can't pin you with anything because its entrapment. If you never ask then you can get screwed. I was actually in High Point last year and a cop approached me and asked if we could ride wheelies. I told him yes, and he asked if I would ride a stand up past his cruiser on the highway so we could video tape it and add it to his collection. I made him record on my voicemail his name, rank, and that he would penalize me for riding a wheelie past his cruiser. I did it and he showed me the video and thanked me for participating and took off. I wish more cops were like this!!!

This does not spare you of anything. Nothing legal can help you if this is your only defense. Think about it, you might be say a banker from 9-5 but for two 15 minute breaks and an hour lunch, you are just you.

"Are you a cop?"

"No"

I wouldn't be comfortable with this as my only excuse.

In addition to the Z, they also have a Mustang Cobra that they claim has 500hp (after uninstalling the "illegal" mods). If any of you are going to the Dyno day in Charlotte area on the 12th of April, both cars will be there. They plan on running the Cobra on the dyno as well.
Is that _OUR_ tax payer's money being used to DYNO?? For what purpose??

And while I'm on my soap box...this whole thing with MORE horsepower cars is freakin' rediculous!! BS!!!

Just the other week, an unmarked State Trooper in a Dodge Charger (not sure if it's RT or what) looked over at me (in the S) and when the light changed, peeled off. I wish I would've recorded it with my BlackBerry...folks that do this are pure ASS-HATS!
