Default While you guys are Waking the Dragon

Part of the reason why I haven't been able to be as active with the community as I would like is because I've been house hunting, wedding planning, and most importantly... working to try and pay for it all.

I'd love to be there with you guys and get a chance to slay the dragon, but I'll be signing endless documents and questioning if I really made the right decision!

Here's a few pics for your enjoyment.

Congrats on the house. I'm also trying to find a suitable house, as well as doing my best to network in hopes of helping to find my mother a job for when she moves down to NC in a few months.

Awe...I am in love! What a great looking house!! Love the brick work and colors (reminds me of our 2nd house in New Bern).

Congrats!! The S2000 is going to raise the neighborhood's value!

Haha. Thanks for all the positive comments guys.

I feel like we got a pretty good deal. Not only did we get it 10k under the original asking price, but we also got them to throw in a stainless fridge, washer & dryer, plantation blinds throughout, and a garage door opener! It also comes with a fenced backyard, alarm system, and included all yard maintenance etc is covered by the HOA dues.

It's in Northeast Columbia off Clemson Rd. It's right near where I work, so I won't be putting as many miles on the S anymore, which is great.

I just clocked 50k and I've only had the car since last August (bought it with 36k)!!!

I'm excited & terrified all at the same time.

I've crunched all the numbers and tried to plan for every scenario, but there's always that fear that there's some huge or unexpected bill that we didn't calculate for that will throw everything off.
