. Just remember...it closes at 5:00PM, so you won't have a lot of time.

WELL...I just happened to check the NWS site, and now they are forecasting Saturday as DRY 
!
Who knows how many times they will change it between now and Saturday

S2K_LAD_AP1; as far as zoo options go, in the past some folks have come early to visit the zoo and have lunch first, then met up with us in the parking lot at 1:00. The zoo pass is good for all day, so you could also go back in after the run for an hour or so.
Nice combination of outings.

YES! North American lot...
After you come up the hill and pass through the gate...be looking for the first lot to your immediate LEFT.
If that lot is full, then still take the immediate LEFT and drive back to the RV/Bus lot...which is directly behind the N.A. lot.
You have just passed through the gate and entrance to the lot is the first LEFT turn
If that lot is full, then go back to the Bus/RV lot
