2006 S2000 convertible. AP2v2. 2.2liter. 61k miles. Formula Red with black top. Excellent condition. everything works great. Garaged and babied!

Exterior and interior in excellent condition. Leather is excellent. engine is excellent with no issues. Everything is very tight like new. Current Smog, registration, no open recalls etc.

60k service done at Honda of Thousand Oaks including, diff, tranny and engine oil change. 7/25/12

2006 First year with Traction Control (can be turned off) as well as first year for fly-by-wire throttle control.

New:
New tires (140 tread wear Hankook RS3),
New brakes (rotors and pads Stop Tech),
Fluid flush with Super Blue Brake Fuild,
Extra set of tires and other items. Riken
Only aftermarket part is the k&n intake just installed. Have original airbox with new filter.
Installed some front brake ducting since I had some leftover tubing and fittings.
Convertible top cover also included.
Spare tire and tools included
All service manuals are included. Nothing missing
Clutch is OEM in great shape.

The Bad:
1) A 1 inch tear in the top was patched. No leaks or issues. Otherwise the top is perfect. Always garaged.
2) 2 wheels have some road rash. No issues.
3) To be very honest there was a minor accident reported on carfax 2007 where minor rear damage was reported by police. No structural damage whatsoever. Otherwise nothing on carfax. I have a new report Iplan show you. I am the fourth owner. Not Salvage not rebuilt! There are no noticeable marks or anything on the rear of the car. No problems with financing or insurance with this car.

kbb excellent condition kbb private sale value: $20500. -$1530 for reported damage. $18970. Asking $15500! There is no other reason why I am selling this car cheap other than the reported accident.
