2000 NFR just over 25,000 miles, light mods

Reason for Sale:
I am moving to Washington DC and will have no need for a vehicle. If the car doesn't sell it will sit in Richmond for months with only the occasional drive. I would rather someone else enjoy it fully.
Vehicle History:
This is S2000 number 102. The original owner purchased it in Oct. 1999 and it was probably the first S2000 in Virginia. The only option on the car was the trunk lid spoiler. Fast forward to March 31, 2009 and the car only gained 8,700 miles. I purchased it at that time and 18 months later the car has a little under 25,000 miles. I will be driving the car for one more week, ending Oct. 22, then it will sit.
Maintenance History:
No accidents or paintwork. All fluid maintenance done by myself. The local dealer did one routine maintenance check around 15000 miles. State inspection is good until July 2011. New OEM battery installed Sept. 2010.
Fluid History:
Oil was always Mobil 1 10w-30. Transmission fluid and washers were OEM. Differential fluid was OEM spec Mobil 1 brand.
This is when the fluids were changed:
oil 04/11/2009 8918 miles
oil 06/27/2009 11823 miles
diff 07/27/2009 12637 miles
trans 08/8/2009 12933 miles
oil 01/24/2010 16451 miles
oil 05/13/2010 19837 miles
oil 08/21/2010 22940 miles
The next oil change is approaching.
Tire History:
The car had the OEM Potenzas when I bought it.
-November 2009 225/50/16 Falken Ziex ZE-912 92H High performance all seasons installed on the rear.
-April 2010 225/50/16 Dunlop Star Specs installed on the rear at 18402 miles.
The front tires are still the OEM Potenzas. They will need to be replaced in about 5000 miles.
Mod History:
-Kodokan seat locks (forgot when and how much)
-Ebay front lip ($150 painted) in April 2009
-K&N FIPK ($140) in June 2009
-Tein S-Tech Springs ($150) in June 2009
-HKS 75mm Single ($700) in March 2010 - Not included.
-Berk 70mm HFC ($200) in June 2010 - Not included.
Race History:
None. No track events or drag racing. Never "launched" the car. I have run six autocrosses on the following dates:
04/23/2009
05/08/2009
05/26/2009
06/19/2009
09/01/2009
09/16/2009
Trades:
Only a 996 GT3 will do.
Price:
$14,000 firm, cash or certified check, locals preferred.
This includes stock springs, S-Tech springs, K&N Intake, stock intake, a Covercraft Weathershield HP fitted car cover, Shin-etsu grease, OEM touch up paint, OEM locking lug nuts with key, key for seat locks, tonneu cover, handful of crush washers for changing the oil, bag of various nuts and bolts, and various detailing products I won't need anymore (Meguiar's Plastx, wax, claybar, quick detailer, etc) and anything else I've got for the car but forgot to mention.
The paint is in great shape for it's age. There are rock chips on the lip, bumper and hood. There are NO DINGS. The top is in perfect shape with no tears and the rear window has no cracks.
Current mileage as of 10.18.2010 It will increase about 160 miles before entering hibernation.
Update 10.29.2010 - She's waiting!
