Hello everyone... Below you will pictures of my 2001 Ford Explorer Sport. I bought this vehicle with the intentions and understanding that I would be paying $300/month @ 4.9% Financing...
After I got the payment book from the dealership about a month later... I saw my first payment due was $402.00! @ 14.9% financing!!??
I tried to dispute it for the past 9 months... and even got the Better Business Bureau and the President of the Dealership involved. End result... yes, we'll redo your financing... BUT... you're going to need a co-signer now, because your credit report is over 90 days old... of which we had to re-pull it... and when we did so... you're credit has dropped too much, and you no longer qualify for the 4.9%!
WTF!!???!! Yeah... of course it dropped, when I'm not making payments in an attempt not to waste 4-700 dollars of money I DO NOT OWE!!
So end result... I have no choice but to sell it. ...and I HAVE TO SELL IT SOON!!!
Here are the specs:
-36k miles... all highway
-Late model Year '01
-Dealer Demo- Drove by sales manager up until I purchased it
-Purchased Ford Certified (150pt Inspection) just in September
-Serviced by Ford at every scheduled appt.
-EXTENDED BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY! (for another 36k miles)

-Also has brand new Factory installed 6 disc CD with premium sound.
-Factory installed REMOTE STARTER.

I'm asking simply what I owe... $13,950.00 but I'm getting desperate... and I ask to please not take advantage of that.
