ON 2005 F24C rio AP2 s2000
For sale is my 2005 Honda S2000, which I personally imported from MA in July of this year (originally a US car). The car has a built 2.4L F24C which the previous owner dyno’d around 260WHP. The previous owner had removed his Hondata Kpro ECU prior to my purchase, so I have had to purchase/install a new one, but have not yet had the car dyno tuned. The car has just over 130,000 KM (80,000 miles ISH), with the bulk of the work to the car having being completed in the past 15,000 km (including the motor).
The car is an Ontario rebuilt title from a front end collision in Florida in December of 2009, however there was zero structural damage - only drivers fender, headlight, and bumper were replaced. The car is currently aligned 100% to OEM spec, and the Ontario structural safety inspector informed me that there was zero evidence of any structural repairs or damage.
A little bit of work & you will have a monster of an S2000 ready for the spring. I am only selling the car as I have accepted a job in the US.
The car has the following issues:
-needs a dyno tune, and I would suggest a wideband O2, 3” exhaust, and proper intake prior
-has a crack in the windshield, would need to be replaced for safety inspection
-needs a TCT o-ring (slight oil drip)
-EPS light is on, but works 100%, due to previous owner having disconnected
-rear quarters & front fenders were rolled/pulled to accommodate the 255 RPF1s, so rear passenger side has some paint chipping, and the fronts aren’t in the best shape. Drivers door is dented but a replacement in perfect condition is included.
Looking for $15,000 CAD or $11,500 USD. If any US buyers are interested, I can meet you near a convenient border crossing with the car on a trailer (Buffalo NY would be best). The pricing already reflects what the car needs, I have not seen an AP2 for sale for under $20K (CAD) for a LONG time, this is priced to sell quickly. Not looking to partout.
