CA 2008 Apex Blue Pearl CR, 17K miles

2008 ABP CR, 17K miles. Car is all stock, except for tinted windows that were done by the dealership when sold new. I am the 3rd owner, have owned it for 2 years. I'm selling because I rarely drive it.
The car runs flawlessly. Everything works as it should, and it drives like a low mileage CR should. No issues or hiccups. Brakes, clutch, suspension, tires all perfect. Rear tires were replaced about a year ago with OE Bridgestone Potenza's. Battery was replaced last week. All fluids changed on time, synthetic oil used. Drive train is 10/10 condition.
The interior is pretty close to perfect. See pics. It still smells new. It seems the passenger seat has been rarely used (never used during my ownership). I would rate it 9.5/10.
The paint is all original with the exception of the rear bumper. Rear bumper was painted by previous owner due to his son scratching it with the pedal of his bike. The factory VIN tag is still present, but covered with paint. I haven't cared enough to have the paint removed, but was told it is possible. Paint work carries a lifetime warranty. The body has no major scratches, dents or blemishes. I'm sure if somebody puts it under a microscope there are imperfections, but I would say its consistent of what one would expect with a 2008 with 17K miles. No accidents, all 10 VIN tags present. Hard top has no rattles and has not been off during my ownership.
Overall, this car is in very good shape. Values are going up, so I'm firm on price. If your not prepared to pay my asking price, please move on. I have the clean title in hand, and its ready to sell. There are around 70 pictures in the following links (the car was not detailed prior to taking pics). The car will come with all 3 keys, original window sticker, and all original booklets/manuals.
