Clean Title (Was involved in accident that insurance cleared. No structural damage, this was from the 2nd owner.)
-I am the 5th owner. I imported this from Florida (FL for its whole life). No rust.
-I was also involved in a fender bender. Which I replaced with OEM fender, Front bumper and OEM front headlight. No structural damage, was inspected and cleared by Snieders Collision shop in West Covina.

Bought around 73k miles. Owned for 2 years.

When I first got the car, I did all liquids at Ballade and inspected the car there. Everything checked out.
Also did motor mounts and replaced the clutch completely.
Replaced with brand new battery as well.
Replaced with Ballade TCT

Some other things done, I can't remember at this point, will continue updating.

Mechanical:

Mechanically shes runs very strong. Engine is superb for age. I did a compression test 4 months ago and got 213 to 218 on all cylinders.
-Inspected retainers when doing so and they check out. No cracks.
-Did a valve adjustment and replaced all seals and gaskets with OEM parts at the same time as well.

Maintenance:

-Use Motul 6100 every 3k miles. Did a coolant flush, transmission, clutch/brake recently (4 months ago)
-1 week ago: Vtech solenoid, replaced with Kraken gaskets, no leaks now.
-2 Months ago- Experienced Idle issues, Cleaned IACV valve, no issues now.
-Completely replaced AC about 6 months ago. Blows ice cold AC.
- Alternator done 6 months ago
Suspension: I replaced OEM suspension with Fortune Auto 550s. Rides pretty comparably to OEM but is lowered, and handles very well.

Wheels: BBS RGR 17inch Forged Wheels. Staggered.

Tires: Federals 595, lots of tread.

Exhaust: Comes with Fujitsubo Exhaust. No drone. "Mature" sounding exhaust. Can't really tell any difference from OEM unless you get on Vtec.

Radio: Pioneer with Bluetooth music and microphone capability to connect with Smartphone.

Softop: Bad, cannot be used (hardware is good though). Will fix when hardtop is sold.

The bad:

Exterior paint is not in the best condition. Nothing a good detail can fix. I have a guy that can do it for 3 bills. Can refer.
(Rear bumper has "spidering" and hood paint is no good)
Needs driver fenderline and front fenderline due to hitting something that caused a tear and I never got around to fixing it. (The bottom plastic piece, you cant tell unless you looks under the bumper)

All in all, mechanically she runs very well. You won't have any major mechanical issues, as I am diligent with maintaining that part and all major maintenance or common issues have been done by me now.
However, it will need some TLC as far as the exterior goes. Nothing a $300 detail cant fix. I can refer you to someone.

Price is 12k without hardtop (will include softtop at this price).
With OEM hardtop is 16k.
