CA (NorCal): 2002 Spa Yellow S2000 with OEM hardtop, 45,600 miles

Updates/Modifications:
- AP2 Retainers and banjo bolts
- Baffled oil pan
- Ohlins DFV coilovers (installed new ~15k miles ago)
- 4.77 final drive (speedo recalibrated and GPS verified with Yellow Box)
- Goodridge stainless steel brake lines
- Powder-coated valve cover (with OEM AP2 spark plug cover, purchased brand new)
- BAWSS fabrication lower tie bar.
I still have all of the original parts from these updates that will be included with the sale if interested (oil pan, suspension, rear differential, brake lines, and lower tie bar). All original parts are in perfect working order.
Car is otherwise all original and OEM.
Details: It is time for me to step away from my automotive love affair with the S2000. I purchased this car back in September of 2016 and am the 3rd owner. The vehicle is a 2002 AP1 in Spa Yellow with the factory hardtop. The original soft top with glass window underneath is still in excellent shape (no tears, holes, etc.) and in perfect working order. I treated the top annually with Raggtopp vinyl cleaner/protectant. The vehicle overall is in excellent condition both mechanically and exterior/interior-wise. The paint is all original minus the OEM front lip which was purchased and installed after my original purchase of the car. The paint is in EXCELLENT condition considering it is original and the age of the car. All matching VINs (can send photos of these upon request).
As for maintenance either I or my local trusted S2000 mechanic(s) performed the work. I’ve documented all maintenance work in an Excel worksheet that can be provided upon request.
For those who may not be familiar with me and the level of care I’ve put into this S2000, it has been taken care of RELIGIOUSLY under my ownership. This is my second S2000 that I’ve owned over 8 years of S2k ownership, so I am very familiar with these cars.
As enjoyable/memorable as the ownership experience of these cars has been I’ve reached a point in my life that I’m ready to pass it on to someone else who will enjoy and care for it as I have.
Enough talk, the pics speak for themselves.
As the car sits now and how it will be sold (minus the Mugen exhaust and aftermarket shift knob that have been swapped out for the original OEM parts):
Several other photos of the vehicle that have been taken over the years (by others and myself) to help show the condition of the body, paint, interior, etc. Obviously the Mugen MF10s are being sold separately, car will come with original 16” wheels as the first few photos show:
