In the guy's defense there's some pretty serious parts on this car per the attached document.

Full hytech exhaust (header, catback)
SOS stg 2 supercharger kit
Motion control coilovers (I'm assuming the non-remote damper)
KPro v4
Custom adjustable swaybars


Inb4 mods don't add value etc.

OP you may want to just copy and past your doc into the post. Most people are going to miss that and just skip the car entirely.
