What accident are you all referring to here? Im sure my car was NEVER in an accident (perhaps you are inventing some imaginary accident,,,but it really does not apply to my car) in any case the panel is dented,,,but that was already openly disclosed....
Perhaps I should clarify the statement using a bit of English lessons here for better understanding:
an accident (as it applies to cars) is an abstract noun which relates that which causes SEVERE or serious damage...basic incidental damage by all accounts and in any language is not considered an "accident" by any standard (whetheraccidental or not) ....my brother damaged the panel accidentally ( adjective)...but that is not the same as the car was in an accident...I have always had an A in the English language, (and English is my first language),,,so I'm not certain what language barrier you or any other person is referring to...
just goes to show what happens when people assume...
In any case I should have the vehicle sold for most of what I am asking her...so thanks again all

OP - you do state no damage. First thing I see when I Google damage is “physical harm caused to something in such a way as to impair its value, usefulness, or normal function”. I would very much say your car has at least a couple areas that meet this.
What’s up with the area at the bottom of the passenger fender? Looks to be damaged...errr...I mean unsightly? Not sure what the proper word is so I’ll let you enlighten me.
