It looks like a lot of work but it really isn't. I imported this car from Florida, all it took was a couple of phone calls to the border and filling out some paperwork. It should be so much easier bringing the car back to USA since it was originally from there.
Please just call your local border and ask how much paperwork is actually required. I live a couple hour drive to the North Dakota border and will obviously help you, or anyone else interested, make this process as smoothly as possible.

I'm interested in your S2000 but I am unfortunately Canadian and have to pay in Canadian dollars. Although I have never exported a car from Canada to the US, for any interested US buyers, I can say that importing a vehicle from the US to Canada is a relatively painless process. I wouldn't' think it would be that much different. I'm told that alot of US dealers are importing a truckload of trucks from Canada right now so it can't be that difficult. IMHO this is a fair deal for US dollar purchasers based on my research of recent US sales, but it is steep for us poor Canadians. Good luck with your sale. I'm sure with some patience some lucky buyer will take her off your hands.
