Lost title help... Puh-leze HELP
Ok, so I'm selling my Jeep but I think the title has been misplaced... anyway, I'm in washington and there's a lost title for for this but it asks you for your "Title Number"? I looked on my registration but couldn't find it and don't know where else to look... any advice?

Wouldn't you use the VIN number?? You can not have a number that is lost?? Call MV they may have it? I just looked on my title and under TITLE IDENTIFCATION NUMBER it is the VIN !!! So there you go you have it.

I've never dealt with the DMV up in WA, but if you are lacking information, they usually can pull it up under your VIN @ your local DMV (Dept of Motor Vehicles). Have you tried going there?
