Details: 111,XXX miles - Clean title - No accidents

I am selling my AP1 because I bought an AP2. I had really planned to keep this car but happened to find a deal on an AP2. It has been taken care of like I intended to keep it forever. I am the 3rd owner since Summer 2015. I purchased the car from a woman in her 60's in Richmond, VA who had owned it for about 10 years. She babied it and kept it in a garage. It was not her daily driver. It had about 87k miles on it when I purchased it. I have not been able to garage the car but I do try to keep it cleaned and waxed year round. It has not been my daily and I refused to drive it in the snow and salt. I rarely drove it in the rain. It sat for most of winter under my ownership aside from nice days after rain had washed the salt away. It shows and the undercarriage is very clean. The car needs absolutely nothing and is ready to go. Oil has been changed at least every 5k miles with AmsOil and an OEM filter. I've listed out some additional maintenance items below. I have been adamant about using OEM or better parts.
  • 88k Miles - Diff Fluid - AmsOil 75W140
  • 88k Miles - Trans Fluid -Honda MTF
  • 90k Miles - Billman TCT
  • 98k Miles - Axle Nut TSB - Torque both axle nuts
  • 101k miles - Transmission Fluid - Honda MTF
  • 101k miles - Diff Fluid - AmsOil 75W140
  • 102k miles - AP2 valve springs, seats, retainers, seals
  • 102k miles - Spark plugs
  • 102k miles - Brakes bled
  • 102k miles - Coolant flush
  • 102k miles - Serpentine belt and tensioner - OEM parts
  • 104k miles - Water pump/thermostat - OEM parts
  • 104k miles - New front outter tie rods/replace any torn rubber boots on suspension joints
The car has 9/10 VIN tags present. The only one that is missing is the front bumper. I believe it to be the original bumper with the VIN tag painted over. It appears to have a VIN tag but must have been resprayed and painted over. There are no accidents on the CarFax. The previous owner did have the passenger side front fender touched up after swiping something when pulling into her garage. Paint match is perfect. The trunk had leaked through the vent behind the bumper (Common problem - search this forum) and caused the trunk pan to rust. I had the entire trunk pan replaced with an OEM one last year. I did not want to patch the rust. It was all cut out and replaced properly with OEM metal. Trunk pan replacement was completed by a body shop recommendation from Ben at Daisy Import auto. The leaky vent has also been sealed and I left the interior out of the trunk for about a month to verify that it does not leak. I have an excel sheet with my maintenance items and receipts for any work that was performed at shops. I did most of the oil/filter changes and one of the Trans/Diff fluid changes. Most other jobs were performed at reputable shops. I am very picky with who I allowed to work on the car.

The soft top was replaced with an OEM top by the previous owner in I believe 2014. It has been kept up with RaggTopp products and is in good shape. I have added Modifry elastic straps as preventative maintenance and added some patches to the inside to prevent wear. The car also has 225/50R16 RE71R tires all around with about 40% life left. I have autocrossed the car a bit over the last 2 years locally but not at the national level.

I waited to purchase a very nice example of an AP1 and was very anal about maintenance. I checked out a few before picking up this clean car. I always parked in a corner spot in the back of the lot and the car has virtually no door dings. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. It is not a perfect car but is a great example of an AP1 and will make the new owner very happy. I have tried to photograph all blemishes possible. Please feel free to text me with any questions and request additional pictures. I tried to cover everything as thoroughly as possible without rambling any further.

Looks like a nice car at a nice price. If I didn't already have an S2000, I'd be calling you.

Thank you for the kind words. Bump and price reduced.

That's Sebring Silver, not Silverstone (Sebring replaced Silverstone in 2002). Nice car and great deal! GLWS.

Um pretty sure that is silverstone and not sebring. Even under the light in those pics, the paint isnt light enough to be sebring.

Yeah this is just all kinds of not true.

Thank you all for the kind words and color confirmation. Funny that I had a potential buyer ask me to take a shot of the paint code in the door panel to verify that it was silverstone and not sebring based on the pics. I thought they showed pretty clearly that it was silverstone.
