Clean looking car, but a bit far from Detroit Metro...

I spy a missing VIN sticker on the front bumper. When/why was it repainted and who did the work? Any other missing VINs?
Looks like the shift knob is missing on the list of mods.

Shift knob factory, yes miles are just under 49,000, front bumper painted due to curb bump. Painted by reputable shop in my area.

We are 2 hours from metro Detroit. Easily get here via I96 or I94.
