Car is fully built and has less than 2000 miles on the engine (only ever used Amsoil), wheels/tires and brakes have less than 500 miles. Tuned by Ronnie at RS Motors in Burnsville, MN, car made 663hp/474tq at 30lbs while spinning on the dyno so there is more in there.
The only thing that needs to be done to the car is to fix the speedo as it does not read due to the V160 swap.
Price is 20k (Unable to edit title to reflect correct price, car had a lose MAF sensor (now fixed) that made me believe there were issues so I had it listed for 16k)
Everything is pretty much brand new (gaskets, sensors,wheel bearings, alternator, starter, fans etc).
Never tracked after the build was complete there is 69k on body. Great street car to take out on nice days. Pulls hard and keeps you pinned to the back of your seats. Clutch by-pass installed for easy push button starts (starts right up even in -7 winter mornings).
I know I could part this out for far more than I am asking for, especially with the v160/rear end set up on the car. I honestly just do not have the time to take everything off the car and ship everything out as my work has me moving between AZ/MN and FL 4-5 times a month. It took me about two and a half years to get the car put together when I had time, but with my current situation, my family takes priority with whatever free time I end up having.
I am more than happy to accommodate potential buyers the best I can. Car has a clean title and I have it in hand. Buyer will need to arrange shipping.
V160 trans out of a supra? Interesting and ridiculously expensive choice. Im contemplating this, why haven't you taken it to a tuner to see if the rough idle is just af related?
Yes V160 out of a supra (CD009 swap is now offered by FB for much cheaper), I have not taken it to a tuner simply due to the fact that I just don't have time. I had a few hours and was able to fix the issue (lose MAF sensor). Car runs perfect now.
